Senior Business Analyst

Steve Robinson, President of local insurance agency, RPS ISG International, recently announced that Karri Todd has returned to ISG as a  Senior Business Analyst.

“We are thrilled to have Karri Todd back at ISG. Her experience, energy, and extensive knowledge of insurance will bring a boost to our growth efforts on the Eastern Shore,” says Robinson.  “We have enormous opportunities here and feel certain that Karri will capitalize on them.”

Mrs. Todd will focus on expanding commercial Property & Casualty insurance sales to businesses throughout Delmarva.  In addition, the new position seeks to increase referrals to ISG’s employee benefits and HR consulting departments as well.

Mrs. Todd received her bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Finance from Salisbury University.  For the past three years, Karri worked locally in the insurance industry in employee benefits and life insurance sales.  Previously, she worked at ISG International for 12 years in several departments including marketing, personal lines and national business to business commercial insurance sales. Karri resides in East New Market, MD with her husband and daughter.

“I look forward to adding my national commercial sales experience to the local business field,” Karri says.  “While markets and businesses may change, the importance of listening, learning and building trust never do.  I love working with such an experienced team—I feel like I returned home.”
