G. Philip Feldman
Chief Executive Officer

G. Philip Feldman (Phil) is Chief Executive Officer of ISG International, an independent insurance agency operating on a wholesale and retail basis. Since 1977, Phil has led ISG to both local and national prominence, providing value-added insurance services through leading technology to its clients.

Born in Cambridge, MD, Phil graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1975. He started his insurance career in 1977 with Insurance, Inc. and became Vice President of that agency in 1981. In 1987, he started Insurance Services Group, Inc. as chairman and on January 1, 1998 became president and chairman of ISG Internationa.

Phil has served on the national and regional advisory boards for many insurance carriers including St Paul Travelers, Firemans Fund, CNA and Crum and Forster. Phil is a licensed agent and broker in 42 states.

Phil's many philanthropic endeavors have included: Chairman of the Board of Shore Health System, Chairman of the Board of the Dorchester County Family YMCA, Chairman of the Board of the James G. Busick Tennis Foundation, and President of the Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce.

Phil has been married since 1977 to the former Marlene A. Kurtz and has two daughters Rachel and Ellen.

Steven R. Robinson
President

As the President of ISG International, Steve is responsible for all of the revenue generating business units of ISG International, in addition to the disciplines of Marketing and Claims/Risk Management.

A licensed Property and Casualty agent, Steve has been with ISG since 1995. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina.

Steve is active in his church's music ministry, serves in a variety of community and insurance-related organizations, and lives in Salisbury, MD with his wife Tracy and their children Carter and Caroline.

Joan Martin
Director of Finance

As the Director of Finance for ISG International, Joan is responsible for financial reporting and compliance.

Joan received her B.S. in Accounting and her M.B.A. in Finance from St John’s University in New York. 

She has 30 years experience in corporate finance with a multinational publishing and communication firm, and several community bank organizations.

Joan resides in Salisbury, Maryland.

Scott J. Schleicher
Senior Vice President, Agency Production

As Senior Vice President, Scott is responsible for the revenue generation of CCBsure®, a specialty insurance program administered nationally. He first entered the insurance industry in 1989 and has been with ISG since 1991. Scott holds both his Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Clemson University in South Carolina, and is currently pursuing a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation.

Scott and his wife Debbie reside in Rockville, Maryland with their two children Samantha and Todd.

Randall L. Pryor
Vice President, Client Services

As the Vice President of Customer Service for ISG, Randall L. Pryor (Randy) is responsible for the retention and service of CCBsure®, a specialty insurance program administered nationally. Randy has been a licensed Property and Casualty agent since 1974 and with ISG since 1986.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland and resides in Easton. Randy is also a certified instructor with the State of Maryland for the Maryland Property/Casualty Licensure Course.

Randy’s hobbies include tennis, weather and music. Randy and his wife Beth have one son Brooks.
